Engine Light went on Monday morning. When I was headed to a jobsite to meet a crew. Called ahead, the owner answered, and asked if everything was okay, and Dean his office manager got me in right away. Dean calmed my fears about major engine problems and got me back out on the road right away. It is nice to know experts that have been in the industry for years and understand my vehicle. My son who is in the automotive industry told me Garretts is one of the most knowledgeable. So true, don’t miss this place. They will take good care of you.

I recently met John and have had the opportunity to have some service work done on my vehicle, as well as some work done on my children’s cars. I have witnessed him give sound professional advice while in his shop. He truly is a fair person. He services what needs to be repaired and is not out to make a dollar off of your hard earned money. I met John through the vocational school i was attending, he was helping out a friend by teaching classes. We struck a friendship after we realized we both loved fast cars. He has since done more for me than i could ever imagine or thank him for. He gave me a place to hone my skills as a fabricator, and grow my hot rod business. We have a friendship that will last a lifetime.The reason I started working on cars was out of frustration that there were no honest repair shops in the area, and dealerships will empty your pockets over even the most routine maintenence. For the past 2 years, I have been around the shop and realized just how diffrent these guys are. By different I mean a shop that really just wants to get you back on the road as soon as possible at a fair price. Rather than guessing and spending your money, they run their tests and actually diagnose the problem and fix it once, not three times. I will adimit that even though I try to do all my own work, most of the time i will have them do it. That says a lot, becuase up until now, i trusted no one to touch any of my cars. All in all, these guys are a great bunch that will treat everyone the same and give you what you came to the shop for; a car that is simply fixed.

Fabricator

When I almost lost my brakes, I thought I would be without a car for a few days. Thankfully, Garrett Automotive stayed open past the hour of closing to fix my car so that I could safely drive it home. I will forever be grateful of the work they did and how well they did it.
